About Me

Creativity in life is what motivates and inspires me both professionally and personally. Through design, art, music, and craft, I have collected a wide range of skills and knowledge that allow me to see a more complete picture of a project. I believe that an understanding of how the smaller things create a whole is vital to a better product and experience. As a visual communicator, these details are the language to tell the story.

My Process

I am the visual interpreter of your business or product. What we create together is often the first thing that a customer sees. It is important that I understand you and your business so that I can use my skills to represent you successfully. To do this, I have a process that gets me into your head and allows me to get to know you and your product so that I can do my job better.

This is a loose outline of how my process works:

  • This is a quick conversation about what you are looking for and why you reached out to me specifically. I want to ensure that I can provide you with everything that you need and we seem like a good fit.

  • Here we establish the deliverables that you need so I can provide you with an accurate quote. This will keep expectations clear and create the right framework for both time and finances. I am happy to work with you to establish the right level of service that you might need. Once that is clarified, I will provide you with an agreement that outlines the scope of work, rounds & revisions, timeline, price, and terms.

  • I will ask you a series of questions to dig deeper into your thoughts, business, and the specific project we will be working on. This will help me better understand your needs. An important part of this step is exploring what you are drawn to visually and creatively. What are the brands, logos, colors, animals, objects, feelings, etc. that speak to you?

  • I take the project into my studio and explore all that I have learned about you and your business and begin my creative process. I get into the research of your competitors, relevant designs, typography, your visual references as well as my own and develop my interpretations.

  • I will build out versions and mockups of the design for you to give feedback on and refine where we would like to take it. Usually within a few rounds, we get it to the right spot and ready to build out the package for you.

  • I will wrap it all up and get you all of the agreed-upon deliverables, ready for you to run with.
